SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the worldwide shortage in warehouse and courier staffing, shipping times are not guaranteed and orders may be delayed.  

Please Note: We do not ship to Puerto Rico or Internationally.  We do not ship to P.O. BOX addresses and/or APO or FPO addresses.

All orders are processed immediately and shipped within 24-72 hours unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error.  All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx depending on the shipping option you choose during check out. When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. A shipping confirmation will be emailed once your order has shipped.

We cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed, lost or stolen packages.

UPS GROUND, USPS, Fedex, USPS Delivery Ground Shipping: 4-10 day delivery

Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping applies ONLY for the US continental territory.

Free Shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Puerto Rico or any US island. Free shipping will generally take longer than standard shipping. There may be delays with the carrier. Happy Waxing By Perron Rigot will not be responsible for these delays.

We offer FREE shipping on orders $70 and over! Your order must be $70.00 minimum, before taxes & shipping and handling. (Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, and any other non-continental US & military addresses are not eligible for this promotion.)                              

Tracking Your Order

Happy Waxing By Perron Rigot, will update your tracking number via email, all orders come with a verified tracking number and link. Tracking may take a few hours to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Perron Rigot Inc/Happy Waxing, does not control the courier trucks, so once it leaves our facility you will need to contact them for any issues.

Orders Delayed, Lost, Stolen Or Damaged 

Happy Waxing By Perron Rigot is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged packages. 

Any order shipped and shown delivered through the courier will be considered delivered and will not be refunded, re-shipped or replaced.

We will do everything we can to assist with the tracking of your order, however, here are the rules:

  • Any order shipped and shown delivered through the courier will be considered delivered and will not be refunded, re-shipped or replaced.
  • We cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.
  • We cannot guarantee the performance of any carrier and cannot accept responsibility for any carriers delays, packages delivered to incorrect addresses, and/or lost, stolen or damaged packages or products.
  • If your package is delivered to an incorrect address, it is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to file a claim direct with the courier. 

Happy Waxing By Perron Rigot WILL NOT be able to file a claim with any shipping courier on your behalf.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of Happy Waxing By Perron Rigot

Any orders with fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.

Report Order Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at the Contact Us Page or info@happywaxing.us To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

Fraud Prevention

Happy Waxing By Perron Rigot is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and 100 % safe and secure for online payment processing.  We work diligently to protect the safety and security of our customers and our assets.

All orders are at our discretion to be checked for fraudulent activity on varying levels of research. If we are unable to verify your payment through the information you have provided, we will communicate what is needed for us to move forward with the order process. Additional information, including but not limited to, a current photo ID, professional beauty license, passport or payment details may be requested.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

NOTE: We are not able to CANCEL OR MODIFY any orders .
IF your order has already been processed, picked, packed and/or shipped and you need to cancel within 15 days of receipt, a 25% restocking fee will be applied and you will be responsible for the return shipping and fees.

Due to the nature of our products, all packaging MUST BE unopened and unused and in perfect original condition.

Please note: We cannot refund for used products that you are not satisfied with.

If you buy Happy Waxing products from one of our authorized distributors or Amazon, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.  Please refer to your original receipt/invoice for distributor contact information.

We will gladly exchange your item (if it is un-opened/unused) within 15 days of receipt (valid invoice is required).  However, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund, there is 25% re-stocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

Used or Opened Warmers are NOT exchangeable unless for manufacturer defect for a period of 1 year from purchase (valid invoice required). Defective heaters will be replaced (we can-not refund defective heaters).

Sale and Promotional Items are FINAL SALE in which they are not exchangeable or returnable.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained prior to sending your product back.
